Shipping Policy

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Please allow additional processing time before shipment, especially during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly prior to placing an order.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Because items are made to order, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

Domestic shipping

- Flat Rate (Standard) (3-4 business days after fulfillment)

- Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

International shipping

- Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)

- Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment, up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region) Canada only 

- Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Express shipments require a contact phone number.

It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order
