At The Right Side, each item is made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment process. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review all sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligible Returns and Replacements
We will gladly replace or refund items if:

The wrong item was received

The item arrives damaged or defective

There is a manufacturing or print quality issue

The product significantly differs from the order placed
To qualify for a replacement or refund, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to provide photos or sufficient information may delay or prevent processing of your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance

Normal wear and tear

Delayed shipments caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control
Sizing Disclaimer
Sizing can vary slightly between apparel styles and manufacturers. Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before purchasing. We recommend comparing measurements with a favorite existing garment for the best fit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within a limited time after purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for orders that show proof of delivery or where policy terms were clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future service.
